I am a native of Sonoma County who bought my first home at 18 years old to attend Sonoma State University before they had student housing. Of course, I rented a room to another student which almost covered my mortgage! I have continued to invest in numerous properties before and after obtaining my real estate license in the 1980's. As a licensed real estate broker, general contractor, insurance agent and notary, I know that I am more than qualified to assist clients in obtaining wonderful properties that are also good investments. I have attended two years of law school with an emphasis on real estate and hope to complete my law degree  to further enhance my abilities in real estate.

Everything that I do in life revolves around real estate. I truly believe it is the best and most enjoyable investment you can make.
